Refund Policy

Effective October 9, 2026

I want you to be able to try this without risk. There are two ways to get your money back.

1. 14 days, no questions

If Still on the Books, or any add-on you bought with it, isn't for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your purchase. You don't have to explain.

2. If you do the work, you get 30 days

For Still on the Books itself, I'll refund you for 30 days if you do two things:

1. Finish Express Steps 1 to 4 on your top three names (60 to 90 minutes).
2. Do the first act you wrote down for each one.

If, within 30 days, you can't point to a single entry that has moved, because you know what it needs from you or it's closed, email me and I'll refund you. You keep everything you've downloaded.

This second promise covers Still on the Books. The add-ons, the First Steps Kit and Specific Ledgers, are covered by the 14-day refund.

How to ask

Email support@getpracticalwoo.com from the address you bought with, and say which purchase you want refunded. I'll refund it to the card you paid with. Your bank decides how long it takes to show up, usually a few business days.

After a refund

When a purchase is refunded, the download links for it stop working. Files you've already downloaded are yours to keep. I don't ask for them back.

If something is wrong

If a file is broken or didn't arrive, email me and I'll fix it or refund you.
