Terms of Sale

These terms cover what you buy and how you may use it. By buying from or using this site, you agree to them.
Who I am
This site and its products belong to Bovine Reptile LLC, a Colorado limited liability company, doing business as Practical Woo ("Practical Woo", "I", "me"). You can reach me at support@getpracticalwoo.com.
What you're buying
I sell digital products: downloadable PDFs and text files. Nothing is shipped. The products today are:
- Still on the Books, the main workbook and worksheets
- First Steps Kit, an add-on
- Specific Ledgers, an add-on
The free sheet, Who Still Owes You?, is also a download.
Your license
When you buy, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use the files for your own use. You may print them. You may not resell, share, post, upload or give them away, or use them to teach or coach other people for pay. I keep ownership of everything. Buying doesn't transfer any rights to you other than this license.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are handled by Stripe. I never see or store your full card number. The product is for buyers in the United States.
The card is saved for the one-click offer
When you pay at checkout, Stripe saves your card so that I can offer you an add-on on the next page. If you click "Yes, add it", the saved card is charged for that add-on, at the price shown, with no card re-entry. If you don't click, nothing more is charged. I have no subscription and nothing renews.
Delivery
Your downloads are available on the page after you pay, and I email you a backup copy. If something doesn't arrive, email me and I'll fix it.

This is a journal, not therapy
Still on the Books is a journal. It is not therapy, counseling, medical or mental-health advice, and it is no substitute for a professional if you need one. I make no promise about how you will feel or what will happen in your relationships if you use it. The worked examples are fictional composites, not real customers.
Not this book. If a name involves abuse, assault, or violence, skip it here. That deserves a real person in the room, such as a counselor or someone trained for it. If you have been the target of violence, threats or control, don't use the scripts in the kit to confront the person.
Stop rule. Stirred up is expected. Shaken means stop for the day. If dark thoughts come up, call or text 988 in the US.
Using the site
Don't misuse the site, try to break or probe it, or buy with a payment method that isn't yours.
Warranties and my liability
The products and site are provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, I make no warranties beyond those in the Refund Policy, and my total liability to you for any claim about a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. I'm not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Some states don't allow these limits, so they apply only as far as your state's law permits.
Governing law
Colorado law governs these terms, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in state or federal courts located in Colorado, unless the law says otherwise.
Changes
I may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using the site after a change means you accept it.
